July : Heat Waves and Sound Waves

As July is racing to a close – we are busily updating our events calendar to make it easier for you to find where we are playing and easier for us to keep up with the new dates. We have just secured three new locations for August!

• Saturday, Aug 10 @ 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm : Open House – The Women’s Well, 934 East Main Road
Portsmouth,RI 02871 is celebrating their first month of existence on Aquidneck Island (next to The Green Grocer) : we’ll be adding to the festivities via our signature Gong Bath with Drums. Kerri ‘Love’ Maroney (Women’s and Infants Hospital RI) and Cris McCullough (Soul Wisdom Healing Arts /Newport Tarot) have joined forces to birth this longtime dream of Kerri’s.

• Friday Aug 16 @ 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm : Gong Bath @ Village Wellness Center, 422 Post Road, Warwick, RI. Owner Carla Joyce has created a lovely set-up with bamboo floor, stained glass windows…they do massage, acupuncture, yoga, have an esthetician, etc. It’s a pretty comprehensive natural health center!

• Aug 18 @ 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm : An Outdoor Gong Bath @ The Farmer’s Daughter Farm, 716 Mooresfield Road (Route 138), South Kingstown, RI. This location and activity is the brainchild of Cherie Conover (A Reiki World) and Reiki master, Myra Partyka (All That Matters). We had such a lovely crowd last month at A Reiki World, I’m hoping to see some familiar faces in South Kingstown.
